This Maple Mustard Traybake is as simple to make as it is to wash up. Mix a few ingredients together bung in a tray and then in the oven, next add some broccoli towards the end and that is it. The Maple Mustard glaze that everything is tossed in is absolutely fantastic.
This might just be the perfect midweek meal. Not only does it all take place in one big roasting tin but it can be scaled up or down so simply. A little light chopping, throw in some spices and mix then bung it in the oven. I love fajitas in all forms but these have to be the simplest ones ever.
I love when a meal takes next to no time to prepare, produces minimal washing up and creates the most delicious dish. Well this Chicken and Chorizo Traybake has it all.
This recipe combines two things I am always looking for easy cooking and less washing up. The fact that it is baked not fried is also a plus meaning you can enjoy fish and chips without worrying about excess fat.
