This is once of those meals that is so simple to throw together. The sauce has embarrassingly few ingredients. But the flavour is fantastic. This Chicken with Cashew Nuts has become a favourite in my house. The fact I can have it on the table in less than half an hour is always a winner.
This is a Chinese takeaway classic, strips of crispy shredded beef smothered in a sticky chilli sauce. This recipe is so quick it takes less time than you would spend ordering and waiting for delivery.
This recipe takes a little more time but I can assure you it is worth it. The bread is soft and the filling is rich, savoury and slightly sweet. They are one of those bites I am always asked to bring to a party.

This is my take on beef and broccoli. Instead of serving it with traditional rice be that fried or boiled. I have made broccoli rice, this gives you all the favours of the original dish but makes it a slightly lighter choice.
